Smoothie
The 2019 resolutions have been set in our house, and they include reading more, getting outside as often as possible, and of course eating a healthy diet. This quick recipe has been a morning go-to as we try to get in as many fruits and vegetables into our diet. We recently have started adding kiwis to our smoothies as it is a local fruit (who knew??), and they can be see everywhere. Hope this recipe inspires you to eat healthy in 2019!
Ingredients
Frozen Bananas
Frozen Kiwis
A bag of frozen mixed berries
Green Powder (ex. Spirulina)
Dates
Plant Milk
Chia Seeds
Recipe
Mix all the above ingredients in a high power blender. Add as many fruits as you want!
Top with additional Chia Seeds or extra fruit.
