Vegan Banana Chocolate Ice Cream
As the days are getting hotter, we often long for a delicious treat to cool us down and ease our sweet tooth. Here is a heathy vegan ice cream recipe that is easy to whip up at home without an ice cream maker! The recipe is below, we hope you love it as much as we do!
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 6 Frozen bananas
- 1 1/2 cups of raw cacao powder
- 3 cups of soy milk
- Chocolate chips for topping
Steps:
- Combined all ingredients into a mixer
- Pour mixture into a freezer-safe container (we lined ours with parchment paper so it would not stick).
- Freeze for a couple of hours or until hard .
- Serve and enjoy!
