Another Simple Lunch
We are not tired of the food posts, right? Good, because we have another salad for you guys to try. This was a lunch that we had a couple days ago, and as you can see in the photo we yet again had cantaloupe and a huge salad. The main dish was a bean salad, which you can see in the top of the photo. As "vegetarians" (we have been cheating this Summer), we make this salad all the time because its a great source of protein. Its also super easy to make, and doesn't take very much time. All you need is a can of lentils, corn, kidney beans, and chickpeas. We then chopped up some green onions and green peppers, and threw those into the bowl. Finally we added lemon, olive oil, and a dash of salt to give the salad a little dressing. That's it! Very simple, but very very tasty!
