Berlin

This past weekend I took a short trip to Berlin, Germany to visit a friend who has been studying abroad over there for the semester. Berlin is the epitome of cool - from the street art to the people there is something strange yet intriguing about the city. My trip consisted visits to Bikini Berlin (A concept mall), East Side Gallery (A part of the Berlin wall), the abandoned Blub Swimming Pool (covered in graffiti and artwork), the Holocaust Memorial, and Museum Island. I would highly recommend Weinerai (a pay-as-you-want wine bar) and Factory Girl (a charming coffee shop and breakfast spot). Below are some photos I took while in Berlin - as you will see I was drawn to all the amazing street art that can be found throughout the city.
