Walking Around Nantes

While visiting the Loire Valley, we decided to take a quick day trip to the city of Nantes. It was the first time any of us had visited the city, but we had the help of family friends to give us a tour. The areas along the river have recently been converted into communal spaces for the public. We were able to explore an enclosed garden and a warehouse converted into a restaurant, bar and game area. It was a great area to explore, and it was teeming with life. We only spent a couple of hours in this area, but we have already decided to take a weekend trip to Nantes in the future.
