Apr 14 Easter Sunday

We thought that we would share a quick post about our Easter Sunday. With Spring officially here we embraced the blooming flowers by making them the center piece of our table. With some of our family members we feasted on a lamb roast (with a pesto filling, yum!), asparagus, potatoes, goat cheese quiche and salad. To top it off we were celebrating two birthdays that weekend, which meant two cakes! To say that we were stuffed by the end of the meal is an understatement...
